Indirect cost rate

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in line item 4000-0005 by inserting after the words “that funds may be set aside for the administration of these programs;” the following words: “provided further that a nonprofit grantee’s already approved federal indirect rate will be accepted, and provided further that all grantees are allowed to receive reimbursement for indirect rates at no less than 15 percent.”
