Women's Money Matters

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0610-0010, by adding the following at the end thereof: “provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended for Women's Money Matters, Inc. to operate a program that mentors and teaches financial literacy to low-income women throughout the state".
