Lowell Shedd Park Concession Stand and Bathrooms

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the construction of a concession stand and bathroom facilities in Shedd Park in Lowell."
