Lowell Youth Leadership Program

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following at the end thereof "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Lowell Youth Leadership Program Inc. in the City of Lowell for youth life skills."
