Aids to navigation on the North/South River

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $18,000 be expended to the Town of Marshfield for replacing eleven buoys as aids to navigation to enhance safety for all boaters on the two rivers which are a shared resource with the Towns of Scituate, Norwell, Pembroke, and Hanover".
