Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-7114 the following item: For the costs associated with the Massachusetts College of Art and Design Tower Building for planning, studies, the preparation of plans and specifications for renovation, reconstruction, improvement, demolition, repair, provided, that funds expended from this item shall be prioritized plans to address the rehabilitation, renovation and maintenance of infrastructure identified….$6,500,000”.
