Barnstable Police Department Mental Health Counselors

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-1001, by adding the following:-"provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Barnstable Police Department for the purpose of employing two full-time mental health crisis management counselors".
