Barnstable Adult Community Center facility upgrades

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following:-"provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Barnstable Adult Community Center for upgrades to its facilities".
