$100K boat for the Saugus Harbor Master

Representatives Wong of Saugus and Giannino of Revere move to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 2330-0100, by adding the following:-";provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a boat for the Harbor Master in the Town of Saugus."
