$100K for Wakefield Bandstand

Representatives Wong of Saugus and Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose move to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 1599-0026, by adding the following:":provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the restoration of the bandstand in the town of Wakefield."
