Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0025, in the final line, by inserting the following:  ";provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Community Action Agency of Somerville, Inc. for for unanticipated costs not covered by federal grants and tenant rights education and advocacy;"
