Amendment #960 to H3900

Transformational Prison Project for reentry, restorative justice,  mental health, recidivism prevention, and violence prevention programs;

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8900-1100, by inserting after the end thereof the following:

"and provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a grant to the Transformational Prison Project for reentry, restorative justice,  mental health, recidivism prevention, and violence prevention programs;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,420,984” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,420,984”
