Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 3C of chapter 217 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the number “11” and inserting in place thereof “19””.
