Amendment #977 to H3900

Mixed-use units

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

"SECTION XX. The department of housing and community development shall include mixed-use projects in the compliance guidelines for Multi-family Zoning Districts Under Section 3A of the Zoning Act as updated on October 21, 2022 in chapter 40A of the General Laws to be effective immediately upon passage."
