Family Assistance Caseworker to assist immigrant families with accessing essential resources

Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4003-0122, by inserting after the word “services” the words “provided, that not less than $67,000 shall be expended to the City of Framingham Public School System for a multilingual Family Assistance Caseworker to assist immigrant families and children with navigating and accessing resources that are essential to meeting their basic needs, including mental health and medical services”.
