Establishing a Grant Program for Anti-Choking Devices

Mr. Muradian of Grafton moves to amend the bill in item 4590-0950, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to establish a grant program for the purchase of anti-choking devices for businesses that serve food and beverages to patrons on-premises”
