Amendment #14 to H3982

Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill by adding the following outside section:

Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting in line 24 after the word "Economy;" the following "provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the maintenance and upkeep of the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial;”

and by striking out the figure “$17,217,500” and inserting in place thereof, the following figure:- “$17,252,500”.
