Emergency Storm-Related Repairs

Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-0120 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx For emergency repairs for storm-related damages caused by the torrential rain storms from July 10th to July 11th, provided that not less than $1,600,000 shall be distributed to the City of North Adams; provided further that not less than $1,400,000 be distributed to the Town of Clarksburg; provided further that not less than $1,000,000 be distributed to the Town of Adams"
