Economic Development in Worcester County

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 1 of chapter 128A of the General Laws is amended by adding to definition of “racetrack” at the end thereof the following:- “; and in Worcester County, a clubhouse for wagering located elsewhere in the same county.”"
