Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-0120 the following item: “3000-1045 For grants to support and stabilize the early education and care workforce and address varied operational costs at state child care programs supervised by the department of early education and care in fiscal year 2024……………………………………………$200,000,000”
