Amendment #22 to H3982

PACE YouthBuild New Bedford

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Item 7061-9626 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting in line 4 after the word "youth" the following: "provided further, that not less than $114,000 shall be expended to PACE YouthBuild in the city New Bedford”

and by striking out the figure “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof, the following figure:- “$3,114,000”.
