Outside the Box PAC

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section: SECTION XX. "Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, funds appropriated to Outside the Box pursuant to item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 that remain unexpended shall not revert but shall be made available for expenditure until June 30, 2024."
