Gateway Municipalities

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section: -

Section 2 In order to ensure that those living in Gateway Municipalities have equitable access to health care, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall develop a program to support the recruitment and retention of physicians and other providers that could include financial incentives and an expedited licensing process for physicians and other providers applying for a license to work in a Gateway Municipality as defined in M.G.L Chapter 234, Section 3A.
