Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 10, by inserting after the word “Eastham” the words “currently used as open space”, and in line 15, by striking out the word “deed” and inserting in place thereof the words “an order of taking for recreational purposes”.
