Firearm Liability Insurance Study

Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in section 125(d), line 2573 by striking out the word “and”. And in line 2574 by inserting after the word “program;” the words “and (vi) an investigation into the costs and impacts associated with the implementation of mandatory liability insurance for private citizens who possess, carry or own a firearm."
