Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill in section 47, in line 1313, by striking out the words:- “any duly authorized law enforcement officer,” and further moves to amend the bill in section 47, in line 1314, by adding after the word “commonwealth;” the following words:- “(iv) any duly authorized law enforcement officer;”
