Amendment #22 to H4135

Illicit Firearms Trafficking

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill by adding the following:-

SECTION XX. Said section 10E of said chapter 269, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 9, after the word “fine”, the following words:- ; provided, however, if 1 of the firearms is a pistol or revolver said sentence shall not be less than a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 2 ½ years.
