Responsible Criminal Penalties for Minors in the Commission of a Crime with an Illegal Firearm

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill SECTION XXXX. An individual under the age of eighteen but of the age of sixteen who violates the provisions of chapters 265, 266, or 274 of the General Laws, as so appearing, while in possession of a firearm as defined in section 121 of chapter 140 shall be arraigned in the same manner as an adult offender as defined in section 151B of chapter 127.
