Impact of Services for Survivors of Victims of Homicides

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in Section 126, line 2598, by inserting in subsection (c) after the word “funded,” the words:

"the impact of services provided to survivors of victims of homicide in fostering healing and breaking the generational cycle of violence,"
