Exempting state-owned public land for hunting

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend amendment 34 by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 92 by inserting after the word “thereof”, in line 2370, the following words:- ; provided, however, that any state-owned public land available to the public for hunting shall not be a “prohibited area”.
