Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 44, in line 879, by striking out the words “colonel of state police” and inserting in place thereof the words “local licensing authority”.
