Extreme risk protection orders

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by inserting, in line 1907, after the words “court’s jurisdiction”, the following:

“Any respondent against whom an extreme risk protection order has been issued, and who has been ordered to surrender all firearms, shall be required to undergo a mandatory psychological evaluation.”
