Exempting active and reserve military services members

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 47, in line 1300, by striking out the words "4 sections:-" and inserting in place thereof the words "5 sections:-"

in section 47 by inserting after section 126B(e), in line 1443 the following section:

"SECTION 126B(f). Any and all members of the active and reserve military services will be exempt from live firearms training.
