Amendment #10 to H4167

Maple Ave Dam in the Town of Seekonk

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

Section X. Item 2800-0700 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “dam”, the last time it appears, the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2024.
