Amendment #12 to H4167

Rehoboth Fire Department Radio System

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

Section X. Item 8324-0050 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Rehoboth”, the second time it appears, the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2024.
