Amendment #15 to H4167

Blackstone-Millville Regional School District Improvements

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION X. Item 7010-0015 of section 2A of chapter 126 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out the words "provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for upgrades to an outdoor patio area for classes to be held at the Millville elementary school in the town of Millville" and inserting in place thereof the words "provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for improvements for the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2024.”
