Flood Victims Individual Assistance

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in section 72, in line 751, by inserting after the word “disasters” the following words: “; provided further, cities and towns shall not be limited in distributing disaster relief funds to individuals; and provided however, that such individual may only be eligible for up to 50 per cent of the damages incurred by flooding”.
