State Primary Date Amendment

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill n Section 42 by inserting after the word “personnel” the following subsection (a):-

(a) Notwithstanding section 28 of chapter 53 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the state primaries in 2024 shall be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
