Amendment #40 to H4167

Stoneham Tricentennial Celebration

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Item 7010-1192 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Stoneham”, the first time it appears in the item, the following words:- "and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026."
