Amendment #43 to H4167

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, after line item 4000-0051 by adding the following:-

“4000-XXXX; for grants and contracts with substance use programs to provide comprehensive prevention, intervention, and recovery services; …provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Project RIGHT's substance abuse/trauma prevention initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston."
