Amendment #46 to H4167

Technical Correction to Reflect Current Number of Judges

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 1 of chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the number “384” and inserting in place thereof the following number:- 393.

Section 2 of said chapter 211B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the number “51” and inserting in place thereof the following number:- 59.
