Amendment #48 to H4167

Zeiterion Performing Arts Center

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford and Hendricks of New Bedford move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"Section XX. Item 1599-6063 of section 2A of chapter 268 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- "and provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended for capital improvements at the Zeiterion Performing Arts Center in New Bedford;"
