Amendment #50 to H4167

Disaster Relief Funding for Businesses and Individuals

Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 72, in line 750, by striking out the figure "$10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure "$20,000,000" and in line 751, by inserting after the word “disasters” the following: “provided further, cities and towns shall not be limited in distributing disaster relief funds to businesses and individuals; and provided however, that such businesses or individuals may only be eligible for up to 50 percent of the damages incurred by such business or individual".
