Tewksbury Recreational Corridor Sidewalks and Little League Restoration

Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 75 the following 2 sections:

SECTION 75B. . Said section 2 of said chapter 28 is hereby further amended in said item 7008-1116 by adding the following: “; and provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the construction of sidewalks on Livingston street and South street in the town of Tewskbury and provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the rehabilitation and restoration of Tewksbury’s little league fields.”.
