Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in line item 7003-0101, by adding at the end, “provided that $498,000 be expended for the rehabilitation and relocation of the MassHire Holyoke Career Center” and that the line item be amended from “$11,000,000” to “$11,498,000”.
