Notifying municipal officials in the event of a disease outbreak in a facility

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the amendment in Section 72CC (a) (2)

by inserting, after the word "staff" the words

", and the local municipal public health officials and staff, Mayor, and Town or City Manager of the municipality in which the facility is located."

and in Section 72CC (a) (5) by inserting, after the word, "officials" the words

"and the Mayor and City or Town Manager of the municipality in which the facility is located".
