Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the amendment by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill, in section 6, by inserting after the word “meanings:”, in line 103, the following definition:-

“Digitization”, to create or alter visual material, including, but not limited to, through the use of computer-generated images, in a manner that would falsely appear to a reasonable person to be an authentic representation of the person depicted.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 6, by inserting after the word “person,”, in line 119, the following words:- including visual material produced by digitization,.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 6, by striking out, in line 125, the words “the visual material” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- visual material not produced by digitization.
