Non-consensual Deepfake Pornography

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the amendment in section 6, by inserting, in line 103, after the word “meanings:” the following definition:- ““Digitization”, to alter an image in a realistic manner utilizing an image or images of a person, other than the person depicted, or computer-generated images”;

And in said section 6, by inserting, in line 119, after the word “person” the following words:- “including an image created or altered by digitization”;

And in said section 6, by inserting, in line 125, after the words “material and” the following words:- “for non-digitized images any”.
