Amendment #1 to H4460

Basic Health Services in Assisted Living

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX. Section 23 of chapter 20 of the acts of 2021, as amended by section 39 of chapter 2 of the acts of 2023, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “March 31, 2024” and inserting in place thereof the following words "March 31, 2025."
