East Cambridge Safety Net Family Shelter weekday access

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in Section 14, in line 395, by inserting after the word "children", the second time it appears, the words "; provided further, that the state-funded overflow emergency shelter site located in a portion of the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds Building in East Cambridge shall be open 24 hours per day 7 days per week and offer, at a minimum, limited weekday access to families with children in a local school system"
